My background is in finance, business development and leadership, but I’ve always been most drawn to what happens between an idea and real growth.
Before founding EK Creative, I spent almost a decade working across finance, operations, team leadership and business development. Along the way I’ve built processes, led projects and learned to look at businesses from both the numbers and the bigger picture.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Development complemented by further studies in leadership.
Today, I work alongside ambitious founders and growing businesses as a hands-on growth and business development partner. I bring structure to ideas, challenge thinking, connect the dots and take ownership of turning plans into action.
Clear objectives sit behind everything I do. I use OKR thinking to turn ambition into clear priorities, measurable outcomes and focused execution.
My way of working combines analytical thinking with creativity, curiosity and a strong visual eye. I believe growth rarely comes from having all the answers, but from staying curious enough to explore, brave enough to try and determined enough to turn ambition into action.
